Neighbours Boutique Riad Marrakech is a newly built boutique riad with seven individually designed rooms, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Marrakech's Medina – in the historic Mouassine district, right next to the iconic Dar El Bacha Palace.

Featuring two swimming pools, a spacious rooftop terrace, a traditional hammam with massage treatments, and an exceptional breakfast & dinner experience, we offer our guests a stay that combines authentic Moroccan hospitality with contemporary design and highly personalised service.

As we prepare for our opening in September 2026, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Boutique Riad Manager to help us bring our vision to life and lead the property into its first years of operation.

Your Opportunity

This is more than a hotel management role.

You'll be part of the journey from day one, working closely with the owners to shape the culture, standards and guest experience of a brand-new boutique riad. You'll have the opportunity to build a motivated team, establish operational excellence and create memorable experiences for guests from around the world.

We're looking for someone who leads by example, enjoys being hands-on and genuinely loves hospitality.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the riad and manage a small, dedicated team

  • Recruit, train and develop employees while fostering a positive team culture

  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience and maintain the highest service standards

  • Manage reservations and oversee the Property Management System (Cloudbeds)

  • Maintain and optimise our presence on Booking.com and other online travel platforms

  • Organise and continuously improve daily operational processes

  • Drive additional revenue through experiences such as hammam treatments, massages, transfers and excursions

  • Monitor guest feedback and actively manage the property's online reputation

  • Oversee budgets, cost control and general administrative tasks

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in upscale hospitality, boutique hotels or luxury guesthouses

  • Previous leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team

  • Experience with hotel PMS systems (Cloudbeds is a strong advantage) and OTA platforms

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French

  • A natural host with a passion for service and attention to detail

  • Well organised, proactive and solution-oriented

  • Hands-on mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset
